ABOUT THE TOPIC:
Failing to clearly define what your US company does for tax purposes (and sticking to it); inventing convenient transfer prices, treating US employees “the French way”; letting US employees take advantage of your French instinct; assuming US salespeople will do paperwork unless their lives depend on it; assuming the government decides the details of running your US workplace, etc. These were a non-exhaustive list of topics that will be dealt with during this session.
