Meet The Expert - Visa Options for Entrepreneurs in the absence of Startup Visa

Registration is closed for this event

ABOUT THE TOPIC

The biggest challenge every foreign entrepreneur faces in the U.S. is figuring out a way to legally stay in the U.S. to grow their company. The Trump Administration recently pulled the Parole for Entrepreneurs Program from going live on July 17, 2017. This program would have been the closest to a Startup Visa in the U.S. but is no longer going to go into effect (for now). What options remain for Foreign Founders to start their company in the U.S.? Which options are right for you?

Join us on August 3, 2017 for a Presentation on various visa options and Q&A session for Foreign Entrepreneurs with Ann Cun, Managing Attorney at Accel Visa Attorneys, PC. Ann will demystify the criteria for each type of visa option, how they differ from other visa options and discuss tips to strengthen your case.

In this session, you will learn:

  •        The Risks and Benefits of Parole for Entrepreneurs
  •        Capital Funding Required for Each Visa Category
  •        How to Qualify for Parole if You're an Entrepreneur
