Having trouble communicating in English as a second language?  Are you asked to repeat what you just said very often?  Do you hesitate to speak up?  This interactive workshop is for intermediate/advanced speakers of English who want to become more effective and confident when speaking English.
Come prepared to talk.   You will learn accent reduction strategies & key communication techniques to improve your ability to speak confidently and clearly in any situation.  We will focus on the Music of American English and work with your key vocabulary. 

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
 

Scottie Spurzem is a versatile English Language Coach who works with individuals, companies and entrepreneurship programs who don’t want English getting in the way of their success.  Most of her clients speak at least proficient English and are searching for specific coaching to be more confident and effective when presenting or doing business in English as a non-native speaker.  Through Scottie’s personalized coaching, international business people can confidently tackle their accent issues and better prepare for a variety of important events, such as public speaking engagements, interviews, networking or pitching to VC firms.  Scottie has a deep investor relations background working with C-level management and the meets with clients all over the world either virtually or in person in the San Francisco Bay Area.
