OVHcloud is a cloud provider offering Dedicated Servers, VMware® based Hosted Private Cloud, and OpenStack-based Public Cloud to over 1.4 million customers worldwide. They have been an innovator in data center design and management for nearly two decades.

  • They are vertically integrated: they build their own data centers and servers, own and operate their own network and are responsible for all of the maintenance and support for their customers. They are truly an end-to-end provider.

  • They have one of the lowest Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) ratings in the industry. One of the main reasons is the use of their patented liquid cooling system. Cold water consistently runs through a maze on the CPU–cold water goes in and warm water comes out. Pascal Jaillon - SVP, Product and Visual Accounts

Pascal is a pragmatic high-tech executive with a strong passion for technology. In 2015, after 15 years spent in the Silicon Valley holding multiple positions at startups and large companies, Pascal joined OVH as US employee #1. He led multiple initiatives, including the creation of OVH’s two data centers, in Virginia and Oregon. Pascal participated in the acquisition of VMware’s cloud division, vCloud Air, by OVH and developed their first cloud service catalog for the US market. He is now responsible for Product, Marketing and Digital Account. Pascal has a Masters of Computer Science from the Grenoble Institute of Technology, France, where he completed three years of PhD studies.

 

Phil Vernex - Sales Director

Phil is a well-established Enterprise Sales Executive with 25 years of experience working in the technology industry, servicing clients around the block and around the world. Phil specializes in cloud infrastructure sales, from a complex VMware solution to the deployment of agile, multi-local high end dedicated servers. He is responsible for growing the revenue generated from SaaS, PaaS, or MSP (Managed Service Providers) and other technology partners. Phil is passionate by IT modernization, focusing on economic values and agility to enable his customers to be free to innovate and disrupt the status Quo. He is promoting an open trusted hybrid or multi-cloud, with passion and dedication.
