Join us for our next edition of the FACCSF Meet the Expert series, featuring Paul Bertoni!

Every second Thursday of the month, the FACCSF hosts a session with one of its expert members.

ABOUT THE TOPIC: Immigration - What to do when life throws you a curveball?

You have your E2 visa approved, but now your company sponsor will no longer be French majority owned and controlled!  You are happily working under an H1B when suddenly your company sponsor closes or your employment is terminated! You are an L2 or E2 or H4 dependent with work authorization, but your spouse is about to file for divorce! Paul will discuss how careful immigration planning can help you handle changes such as divorce, corporate restructuring, and job changes. There are significant timing considerations and immigration impacts to factor in.
